“True Grit” 2018 Conference Pricing and Accommodation Information
Package A -Includes Two Nights’ Accommodation, Opening Reception/Dinner and Boots, Chaps & Cowboy Hats Event, 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, Belt Buckle Ball and Cowboys/Cowgirls & Crooners Competition, Team Building Rodeo Roundup Challenge, Beverage Breaks, Snacks, All Sessions, Trade Show and all on-site amenities.
Package B – Includes a Day Rate ONLY for both days. It includes All Sessions, Trade Show, 2 Breaks, 2 Lunches.
Bookings are on a first come first serve basis, DOUBLE Occupancy bookings are preferred at Pinestone Resort to accommodate as many quests as possible on-site. Additional rooms will be available off site at the nearby Bonnie View Inn. The conference rate remains the same for on-site and off-site guests as all meals and events are provided at Pinestone Resort. Registration must be completed on-line using the form/link provided.
We have a Fun, Team Building-Networking and Slightly Competitive Hoedown experience planned and we encourage everyone to participate in this event. There is no cost to participate, but please indicate your preference to partake on the registration form.

Refunds will only be provided for extenuating circumstances. No other refunds will be provided; however, you can substitute another person in your place.
